杨明世,教授,博士生导师,沈阳药科大学无涯创新学院课题组长,丹麦哥本哈根大学药学系副教授,中国-丹麦药物科学合作研究室负责人,辽宁省攀登学者,中国颗粒协会生物颗粒分会专委会委员,国际医学气雾剂学会会员,国家自然科学基金函评专家,Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B、Asian journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences、Chinese Chemical Letter等高水平期刊杂志编委。
杨明世教授课题组是以研究和设计能满足“未来个性化、精准医疗需求”的创新药物制剂的科研团队。主要致力于针对一些药效强的药物活性分子,包括蛋白质、多肽、及核酸等生物大分子药物的合理制剂设计,采用注射、经肺部吸入的药物递送方式,治疗包括哮喘、肺癌、肺纤维化和肺部感染等严重肺部疾病及全身系统给药。此外,还致力于通过生物组织工程技术进行器官再生、组织修复、护理材料的设计。研究中结合先进的微纳米颗粒工程技术,物理化学、生物物理学、计算机模拟、分子影像学、细胞生物学、和临床前药物动力学/药效学/安全性评价手段,研究活性分子在传递过程中与体内环境、内源性物质之间的相互作用,解读最终活性分子对机体的作用机制,以及机体对活性分子命运的影响。
截止2020年10月,杨明世教授主持和参与了国际、国家、省级纵向课题和企业横向项目共20余项,具有丰富的管理大型科研项目的经验,在国内外高水平期刊杂志上共发表140余篇科研论文,其中SCI收载科研论文130余篇,在国内外会议发表摘要和学报80余篇,出版专著7部。目前与国内外多个著名科研院所和制药企业,包括瑞士辉凌制药公司、丹麦诺和诺德制药公司、中科院广州生物医药与健康研究院等合作,从事新型药物分子的发现、创新药物制剂的开发,以及临床转化的工作。
