个人情况介绍、概览

张继稳,博士,沈阳药科大学兼职教授,中国科学院上海药物研究所研究员、课题组长、博士研究生导师。1990年毕业于沈阳药科大学,获制剂工程专业学士学位,1993年于中国药科大学,获得药剂学硕士学位,2001年获沈阳药科大学药剂学博士学位。主要研究方向为结构药剂学、超分子给药系统。率先应用同步辐射光源成像技术,研究药物制剂及微粒的精细内部结构,提出“结构药剂学”新理论,发展了制剂结构一致性和辅料微粒结构研究新策略;以环糊精金属有机骨架为主,研究其独特的载药机制和应用,发展超分子新辅料和给药系统。主要研究的剂型包括渗透泵制剂、干粉吸入制剂和纳米制剂。作为课题负责人先后主持了多项国家自然科学基金、科技部、中科院等来源的项目,发表论文100余篇,申请专利40余项。
