个人情况介绍、概览

张雨萌，女，博士，副教授。2012年毕业于南京师范大学，获食品质量与安全学士学位，2014年于同校获食品工程硕士学位，2014~2019年于大连市食品检验所工作，2019~2022年于沈阳药科大学攻读药物分析学博士学位，毕业后留校任教。2025年被聘为沈阳药科大学副教授。作为课题负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项、辽宁省科技厅项目1项、辽宁省教育厅项目1项、校企合作项目多项。目前已在Chemical Engineering Journal、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules、Food Research International、Journal of Ethnopharmacology等期刊发表SCI论文20余篇。
