赵旭,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。辽宁省“百千万人才工程”万人层次,沈阳市拔尖人才,本溪市高级人才(第四层次)。作为课题负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,其他省市级项目6项,校企合作项目2项。近年在International Journal of Food Microbiology、Food Bioscience、Food & Function、Foods等期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇。授权国家发明专利1项,获沈阳市学术成果奖2项。
