个人情况介绍、概览
张晓书，女，博士，副教授，2014年毕业于沈阳药科大学，获博士学位，2015年留校任教，主要研究方向为功能食品的物质基础及作用机制研究等。作为课题负责人主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项，辽宁省教育科技向目1项，沈阳药科大学中青年教师事业发展支持计划1项，辽宁省大学生创新训练项目1项。另外，作为主要完成人参与国家“十一五”重大专项1项，国家“十一五”重大专项子平台项目1项，其他省、市级科研项目4项。目前已在Journal of Functional Food, Phytochemistry, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等期刊发表论文20余篇。
